The Agriculture Days Festival Presents Its 5th Edition
From June 6 to 9, 2025, France will celebrate National Agriculture Days. This fifth edition, themed “Better Understanding Agriculture for Better Consumption,” aims to bring citizens and stakeholders in the agricultural sector closer together. It will allow consumers to gain a firsthand understanding of this world by visiting farms, agri-food companies, research centers, and other essential links in the supply chain.
Since their launch in 2021, under the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty, the National Agriculture Days have become a special opportunity for dialogue between the public and professionals across the entire sector. Across the country, numerous stakeholders—including farms, training centers, equipment dealers, and processors—are participating by opening their doors to showcase the many facets of agriculture. The goal of these events is to empower everyone to make informed consumer choices.
Minerallium Opens Its Doors
On this occasion, “Minerallium,” an exhibition hosted by the Roullier Endowment Fund, opens its doors to introduce the public to the little-known yet essential role of minerals—from the emergence of life on Earth to their use in agriculture. Through guided tours, it offers a unique immersive experience into the depths of the Earth, revealing the secrets of its creation through the story of its minerals.
Through four exhibits featuring numerous interactive activities, the exhibition highlights the importance of minerals for the future of agriculture and for plant, animal, and ultimately human nutrition. Every living organism seeks out the minerals essential to its development from its environment. To nourish an organism is to provide its cells with the elements that enable them to perform all the functions necessary for its growth and reproduction (energy production, skeletal development, reproductive capacity, etc.).
The exhibition was conceived and implemented by Aude Planterose, a museum curator, and Benjamin Graindorge, a designer, with scientific collaboration from the National Museum of Natural History.

- Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
- Recommended for children ages 10 and up
- Tours depart at 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m.
- Maximum of 16 participants per tour
- Accessible to people with limited mobility
- Tours begin on the hour. Anyone arriving late will not be admitted.
- Parking is available at 29 Franklin Roosevelt Avenue (see map opposite).
- The gate will be open for cars. You can then walk to the Roullier Endowment Fund.
